Job Summary

The WASH Consultant will support program teams in the design and delivery of prioritized WASH interventions in line with WV Lebanon strategy, sector standards, and evidence-based practices.
The position requires ability and willingness to continue to function during a crisis, including during a World Vision response to a manmade or natural disaster.

Must-have
WASH program design and implementation
Technical support in humanitarian settings
WASH sector coordination participation
WASH procurement process troubleshooting
Travel within Lebanon required
Fluency in Arabic and English

Partnership building skills
Good analytical and writing skills
Networking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Key Requirements
Three to five years WASH technical expertise
Two years NGO humanitarian and development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Water Management, or Civil Engineering
Valid Lebanese driving license for over 2 years
Experience in WASH in Emergency settings
Fluency in written English and spoken Arabic and English
