Own the technical success of customers, driving from initial implementation through production adoption to ensure they achieve real business value with Crossplane and the Upbound platform.
Design and deliver Crossplane-based control plane architectures tailored to customer infrastructure and organizational context, building reference platforms and accelerators.
Represent customer technical needs internally to influence product roadmap and prioritization, partnering with pre-sales SEs for informed handoffs.
