Job Summary
The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM), driving end-to-end execution including ecosystem development and partner engagement.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
PATH, as a technical partner, will extend technical assistance and managerial support for the preparation, rollout, and implementation of CCM in close collaboration with the Government of Odisha.

Key Requirements

Prior experience working with state or national government stakeholders in leadership roles
Proven track record in leading large scale projects in ABDM, digital health or IT implementation
