The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse (RN or equivalent) who will be responsible for communicating with residents and their families about care plans, monitoring patient statuses, and coordinating clinical care. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work, relevant clinical experience, and strong communication skills to foster collaboration among healthcare teams

Job Summary

  • Communicate regularly with residents and their family about Plans of Care, PT, OT and other treatment protocols.
  • Monitor and adjust resident’s statuses based on changing needs and conditions.
  • Coordinate care with resident, care providers, facilities financial services, and third party payers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
  • Licensed (LVN or LPN) nurse acceptable
  • Two (2) year clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi cal and Medicaid programs
  • LVN/LPN Valid License or RN Valid Licensee
