Serve as the primary contact for a diverse population of students, delivering timely, professional, and courteous customer service and problem resolution.
Develop and implement creative solutions that encourage students to resolve past due accounts and recommend at-risk students for placement with a collection agency.

Higher education experience preferred
Understanding of FERPA
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
