Job Summary

  • He/She will be part of the Employee Services IT Department in-charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Product Developer in the Recruitment Product Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction.
  • As part of the Recruitment Product team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of global teams, local teams, support the Recruitment Product globally (besides development) and process automation within the workday, leveraging the workday framework.
  • Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to Deliver business value as per expected by the business owner Give a transparent information during the AGILE rituals (Remaining to do and issues encountered) and request help for support Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the sprints Bring innovative cost effective solutions Achieve customer satisfaction Ability to handle a subject from demand management, to development and support Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions

  • Providing level, 2 and 3 support services
  • Securing Security and Data protection requirements
  • Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations

  • Work in shifts (Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST)
