Key Requirements

  • Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License or application filed at time of hire
  • 3+ months phlebotomy experience preferred
  • 6+ months pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred
  • 6+ months Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred
  • ability to pass standardized color blindness test
