Job Summary

  • The Executive Director will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and direct critical change projects related to systems, operations, or strategic planning.
  • Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of new practices within the organization.
  • A significant portion of time will be dedicated to developing talent within GPAM, managing project managers, and ensuring smooth departmental operations, with an emphasis on developing future PM leaders.

Key Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role in pharma/biotech
  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager
