Job Summary
The Executive Director will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and direct critical change projects related to systems, operations, or strategic planning.
Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of new practices within the organization.
A significant portion of time will be dedicated to developing talent within GPAM, managing project managers, and ensuring smooth departmental operations, with an emphasis on developing future PM leaders.

Salary
$231,900.00 - $365,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role in pharma/biotech
Demonstrated experience as a people manager
Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline
