  • Experience with Incident Management platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience following runbooks and troubleshooting guides
  • Experience with Infrastructure operations
  • Comfort with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Comfort working in a command-line environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call rotation
