Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Access Strategy, Rhinology/Gastroenterology/Allergy (RGA), is responsible for integrating at a strategy and execution level all elements of access for Dupixent inclusive of pricing/contracting strategy and GTN management, channel strategy, patient copay and other patient services related to coverage, reimbursement and patient access.
This role is instrumental in overseeing and leading the development, integration and implementation of each value proposition, indication/franchise strategy, life cycle management, and ensuring customer-facing teams are appropriately trained and resourced on current strategies for Dupixent franchise.
Will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Access Strategy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
