Job Summary

  • The Sr. Director of Access Strategy, Rhinology/Gastroenterology/Allergy (RGA), is responsible for integrating at a strategy and execution level all elements of access for Dupixent inclusive of pricing/contracting strategy and GTN management, channel strategy, patient copay and other patient services related to coverage, reimbursement and patient access.
  • This role is instrumental in overseeing and leading the development, integration and implementation of each value proposition, indication/franchise strategy, life cycle management, and ensuring customer-facing teams are appropriately trained and resourced on current strategies for Dupixent franchise.
  • Will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Access Strategy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
