Must-have

  • ITIL practices in Incident Problem Change Management
  • Lead incident calls with customers under pressure
  • Coordinate end-to-end response to major incidents
  • Experience with cloud and on-premises environments

Nice-to-have

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese languages
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience in DevOps networking or system architecture
  • Proactive approach to incident prevention
  • Blameless postmortem review facilitation skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
