Job Summary

As a Peer Mentor at Oasis Treatment, you’ll use your lived experience to provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy while coordinating care and supporting clients in housing, employment, and community engagement.
The role involves maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards, conducting drug screens respectfully, and collaborating with case managers and therapists to ensure continuity of care.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in recovery with active program involvement
Self-identify with lived experience of substance use or co-occurring challenges
Valid Oregon driver’s license with insured vehicle and clean driving record
