Must-have
Direct patient care
Assist with ambulation, feeding, bathing
Communicate positively with staff and residents
Read and write English
Understand verbal and written English
Nice-to-have
Experience with dementia
Experience with palliative care
Working independently in community home care
Key Requirements
Completed PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification
Experience in Long Term Care or community home care
Knowledge and experience in care planning systems
Ability to provide care in accordance with legislation
