Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Nurse license in good standing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
7 years nurse management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC)
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
Nice-to-have
Experience conducting clinical staff in-services
Strong leadership in resolving disciplinary actions
Ability to witness trials for litigation support
Effective liaison skills with physicians and families
Key Requirements
Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred
Maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements
Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
