• The Restorative Nursing Assistant provides restorative nursing services that assist the resident to restore, improve or maintain bodily functions to the highest degree practicable.
• Responsibilities include performing passive/active range of motion, splint/brace assistance, bed mobility, transfer, ambulation, and various other resident care tasks.
• The role requires documenting objective information, care provided, and reporting observations and changes in resident functioning to the supervisor.
