Provide coaching for leadership teams and operational excellence (OpEx) support teams to build their capabilities in lean, continuous improvement, and change management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Master’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum 15 years of lean manufacturing experience
Extensive experience with GEMBA-based tools
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders
