Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will oversee the senior living community comprised of 28, one and two-bedroom apartments, performing repairs and preventative maintenance.
The primary purpose is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
The Maintenance Technician can expect a salary of $20.00-24.00 per hour, plus full-time benefits with PACS.
