  • Provides legal advice and services to BMO Financial Group’s client-focused high-performing capital markets business that operates in a dynamic trading and regulatory environment.
  • Drafts and negotiates metals and derivatives documentation such as leases, consignments, inventory financing contracts, trade confirmations, ISDAs, confidentiality agreements, collateral agreements, novation agreements and ancillary documentation.
  • BMO also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
