  • This role blends program management, process improvement, change management, strategic insight, and analytics to align with the company’s business strategy, delivering competency models structured for enterprise use and integration with AI-enabled systems.
  • The position requires a strategic leader effective at partnering across Operations, HR, and CES leadership to translate current state of competency models into a future vision and develop & execute an action plan to get there.
