Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest.
Ensure products are easy to see and buy, build sales through product knowledge, maintain a clean environment, and grow guest loyalty.
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager, and assist with setting guest service expectations and training.
