Job Summary
As a Marketing Excellence Center of Excellence (COE) Leader, you lead the central COE and co-lead the Marketing COE Leadership Team along with key business leaders, responsible for building world-class marketing capabilities and driving commercial results.
You will partner with IT to identify technological solutions to enable Eastman’s marketers to better assess external market and competitive dynamics, and accelerate the shift to a disciplined approach to marketing processes, metrics, and analytics.
