Salary
Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure systems expertise
Solid troubleshooting skills for production equipment
Basic electrical knowledge and aptitude
Nice-to-have
Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
Ability to train associates on equipment
Self-motivated team player
Willingness to work independently
Open to procuring parts and services from contractors
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education
Associates degree preferred
7 years of commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience
