Job Summary

  • Support CC&A Mexico customers in the Ship Direct invoicing process, executing end-to-end invoicing activities and performing monthly reconciliations.
  • Own Tracomex backorder tracking from Querétaro VDC, coordinating with multi-functional teams to secure part availability and performing data reconciliation across systems.
  • Maintain and improve CC&A MX backorder ETA visibility dashboards, driving business data quality improvements and transitioning from manual Excel reports to automated solutions.
