Job Summary
Provide innovative leadership to ensure Minnesota State institutions and students have access to current AHA information and training opportunities, aligning with HealthForce Minnesota’s strategic initiatives.
Serve as subject matter expert of Atlas, MRTC database and rSchoolToday systems, troubleshooting and escalating technology concerns as they arise.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan for the center, monitoring courses and conducting regular audits of instructors.
