JLL is seeking a Facilities Planner for Hard Services & Operations to manage maintenance activities in a multi-trade environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance planning, particularly within pharmaceutical or biotech settings, and will be responsible for coordinating repair work and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

  • Coordinate and lead weekly meeting Schedule/Planning meeting
  • Proficiently complete in field walk downs
  • Read, understand and abide by equipment SOP's
  • Coordinate proper safety permitting and control of shutdowns
  • Obtain vendor bids and coordinate vendor services

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in a multi-trade environment
  • Associate Degree or Technical School equivalent +5 years CMMS (Maximo) experience
  • Prior maintenance planning and coordination experience
  • Pharmaceutical/biotech maintenance, manufacturing, or research facilities experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
