Support the strategy and implementation of patient recruitment and retention efforts across assigned development programs.
Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, CRO teams, Patient Advocacy, and other key partners to design recruitment and retention plans.
Oversee the execution of these strategies including budget, timelines, key performance indicator tracking, and return on investment reporting.
