Base: $19.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience and education; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation possible including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and holidays

Must-have
Routine maintenance and repair tasks
Follow maintenance schedules and safety precautions
Coordinate with nursing services for resident areas
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
Use and maintain maintenance equipment and supplies

Ability to seek and incorporate new maintenance methods
Tactful communication with residents and staff
Attend departmental and staff meetings
Assist in emergency evacuations
Willingness to perform unscheduled maintenance tasks
Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
