Must-have
10-15 years corporate lending experience
Expert pitching and negotiation skills
Strong network of COIs and business development
Deep expertise in risk assessment and financial analysis
Ability to structure complex multi-lender syndications
Nice-to-have
Automotive industry sector knowledge
Thought leadership and published articles
CPA/CFA/CBV or MBA degree
Prior formal credit training qualification
Experience with high-yield debt structures
Key Requirements
10-15 years experience in corporate lending or commercial banking
Undergraduate/Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
Proven track record in business development within corporate finance
In-depth understanding of capital structuring and credit analysis
