Job Summary
Assist anesthesia, surgeons, and associates with procedural related tasks, monitor instrument/equipment for processing following standards, and carry out established procedures for cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilization.
Support client care by responding to and reporting changes in delegated aspects of care, facilitate planning and adjusting patient care provisions, and consult and collaborate appropriately to revise preference cards, instrument sets, and supply pull sheets.
Maintain workable knowledge of anatomy and instruments/equipment, share knowledge and skills with colleagues, and demonstrate leadership as a resource for peers, preceptors, students, and new employees.
