Job Summary
This job provides operational management, administration, coordination, and support of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) program(s) as assigned.
Works collaboratively with Ochsner operational and physician leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure the assigned program is managed effectively.
Oversees regulatory compliance, recruitment activities, developing projects, and human resources functions including maintaining databases to ensure program(s) compliance.

Key Requirements
3 years of experience in healthcare, business administration, education, or related field
