Competitive salary + super; Paid Parental Leave: 12 weeks primary/2 weeks secondary; Salary packaging and novated leasing available

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years experience in Quality Engineering
  • Root cause analysis using Fishbone and 5 Whys
  • Lead 8D investigations for corrective actions
  • Experience with automated material handling projects
  • Supplier and subcontractor quality management

Nice-to-have

  • Strong analytical capability with Minitab or Power BI
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Collaborative working style across cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering or Project Quality role
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline
  • Australian work rights: PR or Citizenship required
  • Valid Driver's Licence required
