Job Summary

  • Receive and advise customers with planned appointments and walk-ins, carrying out thorough vehicle checks and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure customers are kept informed of their vehicle's progress, obtaining authorization for additional work and communicating updated completion times.
  • Generate accurate invoices, explain them in detail to create a value for money impression, and follow up with customers to determine satisfaction levels.
