Must-have

  • Lead projects from concept to handover
  • Site-based delivery and inspections
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings
  • Coordinate with specialist consultants
  • Proficiency in Revit / BIM
  • Strong graphic and design skills

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Contribute to feasibility studies
  • Work across multiple projects
  • Engage confidently with clients

Key Requirements

  • RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect
  • Proven experience on site / in construction delivery
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Ireland
  • Excellent working knowledge of Irish Planning System
  • Excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Excellent working knowledge of Building Control (BCAR)
