Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Create and read construction drawings
  • Understand construction principles and contract administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
  • Strong design and graphic presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Revit, CAD drafting, and Bluebeam
  • Knowledge of Laboratory and EHS standards
  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry
  • Ability to work independently in collaborative environment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of related experience
