The Director, Unit Financial Administration is responsible for delegated oversight, administration and management of fiscal, clinical, academic and research functions which includes comprehensive financial activity, budget planning, reporting, comparison and analysis, forecasting, grants, contracts, human resources, clinical practice, facilities, regulatory compliance to support and sustain the department while working to identify opportunities to increase support and services to meet strategic initiatives

Job Summary

  • The Director, Unit Financial Administration is responsible for delegated oversight, administration and management of fiscal, clinical, academic and research functions which includes comprehensive financial activity, budget planning, reporting, comparison and analysis, forecasting, grants, contracts, human resources, clinical practice, facilities, regulatory compliance to support and sustain the department while working to identify opportunities to increase support and services to meet strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director in development of forecasted $45 million department budget. Including, but not limited to, the review and process of budget transfers and revisions.
  • Manage and support daily operations and tasks for the (3) Unit Financial Administrator III positions. Delegate the workflow or processes needed for effective finance and accounting transactions and day-to-day operation.

Salary

Target Compensation Minimum: $95,428.00; Target Compensation Maximum: $143,193.00; Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience

Key Requirements
