  • You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day.
  • The Claims Resolution Adjuster 2 will primarily be responsible for the liability investigation and ultimate decisions, identifying injured parties beyond who is listed at FNOL, and recognizing impactful risk potential on claim files.
