Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Trains and ensures maintenance personnel can use the PMC System to provide suitable reports from the asset and part history for completing work orders as well as for use in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems, using standardized methods and industry best practices.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level, and uses this information to prioritize and assign project work to identify and eliminate root causes to continually improve these key performance indicators.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Five or more years of supervisory experience
Eight or more years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Three or more years experience in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace/defense, food production)
Three or more years experience leading teams utilizing CMMS systems
