Job Summary
Provide residents routine restorative nursing care to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
Assist residents with exercise, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
Report significant findings or changes in condition to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Therapy Department.
