BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
General contracting background with mid-size jobs
Ability to prepare budgets from limited design info
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of the Denver market preferred
Procore project management software experience
Experience with multi-family and healthcare building types
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Key Requirements
B.S. degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Seven years in construction industry
Five years in estimating or preconstruction
Background in general contracting for mid-size jobs
