Job Summary
The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires rigorous monitoring of patient charts and electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent will support facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, annual state licensing surveys, and plans of correction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
Active license as PT, OT, or SLP in good standing
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
Current CPR certification required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
