The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and servicing heating and cooling systems, as well as reporting incidents and equipment malfunctions promptly.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident information and coordinate maintenance activities with nursing services to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
