Air Products is seeking a Lead Process Tech for their Cangzhou facility to oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemical engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and strong teamwork and safety skills

Job Summary

  • Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.
  • Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.
  • Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team, commercial team etc.
