Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8-10+ years leading technology risk or AI engineering delivery
  • Deep knowledge of modern AI/ML and GenAI including LLMs and RAG
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture SDLC and MLOps practices
  • Proven experience embedding governance security privacy in design
  • Executive-level communication bridging engineers and business stakeholders

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Azure AWS or other AI certifications
  • Ability to build reusable accelerators and reference architectures
  • Track record of driving account expansion and sales growth
  • Published market-facing thought leadership on AI risk
  • Comfortable owning both delivery and commercial outcomes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Risk or related discipline
  • 8-10+ years leading technology risk and/or AI engineering delivery in consulting or industry
  • Job relevant certification such as Azure AWS or AI certifications preferred
  • No sponsorship available for entry level candidates requiring F-1 visa support
