• 12+ years progressive procurement/supply chain leadership
• 3+ years Director or Senior Director level
• Demonstrated track record of leading procurement transformation
• Deep proven ability to deploy AI/ML/advanced analytics
• Hands-on practical knowledge of Agentic AI deployment
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/automation use cases
• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or Master's strongly preferred
