Job Summary
This is a second line of defence compliance role within the Advisory Team, focusing on driving the development and continuous improvement of SquareTrade against relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include managing the Product Oversight and Governance (POG) framework, supporting fair value monitoring, and leading the Consumer Duty monthly Forum.
The role requires a strong understanding of UK/EEA Insurance Sector, FCA, MFSA, and FSMA regulations, with previous experience in Product Governance and Consumer Duty within an FCA-regulated business.
