📍 Work Location: West|Company transport from Jurong East (7:30am) 🕘Work Hour: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 8:00am-12:00pm (5.5 days) 💰 Salary: Up to $12,000 (Basic) + VB + $500 Petrol Job Description Oversee daily operations of waste collection, recycling, and disposal within the assigned area Ensure waste operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental regulations Manage and improve waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal workflows Lead long-term operational and business planning to improve efficiency and profitability Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and service quality Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability Lead, coach, and evaluate department heads and operations teams Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing issues and feedback professionally Promote a safety-first and environmentally responsible culture Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives Requirements Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the waste management industry At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Strong understanding of waste collection, disposal, recycling practices, and environmental regulations Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adapt to operational challenges Class 3 driving license with own vehicle Certification in waste management or related field is an advantage To apply, please click on "Apply Now" Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
