  • Backlog management and prioritization
  • Cross-module integration and CMDB data integrity

  • Global or multi-site data center experience
  • Familiarity with CSDM and operational CMDB models
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and enablement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture teams

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years ServiceNow Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow FSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
  • Experience supporting data center or infrastructure services
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS
  • Ability to work independently in complex environments
