Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, including quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention.
Responsibilities include preparing make-ready apartments, responding to resident requests, performing maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and maintaining grounds and common areas.
The role requires knowledge of maintenance functions, ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force.
