Job Summary

• Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse associates, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always, and oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching and training.
• This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus, and benefits for this role may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Base: $60,000 - $90,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

• Minimum three years warehouse distribution experience
• Minimum one year workforce oversight experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in cooler and freezer areas
