Must-have

  • Current IL RN license required
  • AHA CPR certification mandatory
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Experience with Level 2 Trauma unit

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred over ADN
  • Evidence-based clinical decision making
  • Compassionate patient-centered care approach
  • Skilled dialogue and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • BSN preferred or BSN completion agreement
  • Certification within one year for experienced nurses
  • Ability to assist in patient evacuation during disasters
